OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“U.S.”)
AND OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A FLIGHT WITH US WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or email at Vintage Aircraft’s sole discretion. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of initial attempt, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

2. GENERAL: All expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating in the Vintage Aircraft (the “Promotion”), entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of Vintage Aircraft which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion; (b) to release and hold harmless Vintage Aircraft, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including liability for personal injury or death; and (c) if a winner, to the use of name and/or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use. Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release which must be returned within the time period specified by Vintage Aircraft or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and selection of an alternate winner. Vintage Aircraft reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Promotion or any portion thereof. Prize is transferable upon Vintage Aircraft’s approval. No prize substitution except by Vintage Aircraft due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Vintage Aircraft is not responsible or liable for late, lost, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries.

4. WINNERS LIST: Will be posted after each drawing July 1st, July 15th, August 1, August 15th, September 1st and September 15th 2009.
