Our ride
donation policy
We appreciate you
thinking of us for your charity event!
As you can imagine, being a unique, exciting venue, we are on many a
charity's "Hit" list.
While we would truly love to donate to all that request - it's just not
possible. Every year we donate as
many rides as we can - and for outright donations we choose to work with worthy organizations that support our passions:
ANIMALS - MILITARY -
EMERGENCY SERVICES
For ALL other worthy
causes, (schools, community centers, children's organizations, etc...)
we offer matching donations. You buy a flight for one and then we
"match" by adding in the second passenger and aerobatic maneuvers at no
additional charge. To be considered for a
donation, we require the following information, along with the event organizer's
complete contact information to include event website &
organizer's email:

-- Location(s)
-- Type of event
-- Number of participants
and/or spectators
-- Date(s)
-- Media associated
with the event
-- Details on
additional exposure, promotional benefits
We thank you for your

In order for Vintage Aircraft to consider a request for donation, we ask
that a written proposal or letter be submitted to us a minimum of 60 days prior to your event.

Please understand that
Vintage Aircraft Company receives many requests throughout the year to
participate at a wide range of events. In order to ensure that all
requests are reviewed & fairly considered, all requests must follow
the guidelines above. No telephone requests will be considered. A
written submission does not however, ensure that your request will be
fulfilled.
